Scholarship Opportunities

Revolution FC is excited to now offer college scholarship opportunities to support our players as they continue their academic and athletic journeys. These scholarships are designed to recognize dedication, leadership, and commitment both on and off the field. Eligible applicants are encouraged to review the requirements carefully and submit all required materials by the stated deadline. Below you will find the application requirements and submission forms needed to be considered for this opportunity.


Application deadline for all opportunities: April 30th (Selection results will be announced on or about May 31st)

Dutch Bros Community Achievers Scholarship Award 


Award: Individual scholarship increments of $500 - $1000, up to total of $10,000 to be awarded
Purpose: To recognize student-athletes demonstrating excellence in community engagement, academics, and leadership.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age & Education
  • Must be enrolled in high school (Jr or Sr) 
  • Extracurricular Involvement
  • Active participation in school, club, and/or community extracurricular programs
  • Three years of consistent & impactful engagement in extracurricular programs 
  • Academic Standing
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
  • Must provide current high school transcripts or report cards 
  • Character & Leadership
  • Demonstrates leadership in and out of extracurricular activities/organizations
  • Coach and/or mentor recommendation (optional)


Award

  • Award amount will be reviewed & approved annually by the ECRFC board. The selection panel may consider adjusted as deemed appropriate. Criteria includes:
  • Outstanding all-around candidate with exceptional commitment, strong leadership, good academic standing and strong academic record, active community service and recommendation


Application Materials:

  • Completed application form, including personal statement
  • Academic transcript
  • Proof of participation within appropriate/qualifying activities (team letter, roster, or coach note)

* The selection panel may consider candidates attending other high schools with Board approval.
** Under special circumstances, the 3 year participation requirement may be waived by the  selection panel board with the approval of the ECRFC Voting Board.

ECRFQ Vision of Excellence Scholarship



Award: 6 Scholarships (Value of the Senior Awards TBD by Board)
Purpose: To recognize student-athletes demonstrating excellence in club soccer (ECRFC), academics, and leadership.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age & Education
  • Must be enrolled in high school (Sr) 
  • Target Audience: Seniors playing for ECRFC*
  • Soccer Involvement
  • Active participation in ECRFC
  • Minimum of two full years playing for ECRFC* 
  • Academic Standing
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
  • Must provide transcripts or report cards for high school career thus far
  • Character & Leadership
  • Demonstrates positive leadership on and off the field
  • Coach and/or mentor recommendation (optional)


Award

  • Award amount will be reviewed & approved annually by the ECRFC board. The selection panel may consider adjusting the award size based upon quality of applicants & the overall competitiveness. Criteria includes:
  • Outstanding all-around candidate with exceptional commitment, strong leadership, good academic standing and strong academic record, active participation in ECRFC, community service and recommendation


Application Materials:

  • Completed application form including personal statement
  • Academic transcript
  • Proof of participation within ECRFC (team letter, roster, or coach note)

* The selection panel may consider candidates outside this parameter with Board approval.
** Under special circumstances, the 2 year participation requirement may be waived by the  selection committee with the approval of the ECRFC Voting Board.

Apply for the ECRFQ Vision of Excellence Scholarship

ECRFQ Leaders & Scholars Scholarship Award


Award: Increments of $500 or $1000 (Determined by selection panel) 

Purpose: To recognize ECRFC student-athletes demonstrating excellence in soccer, academics, and leadership.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age & Education
  • Must be enrolled in school (HS or college)
  • Ages 14-18 
  • Soccer Involvement
  • Active participation in ECRFC 
  • Minimum of two full years playing for ECRFC*
  • Academic Standing
  • Minimum GPA: 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
  • Must provide transcripts or report cards for high school career thus far
  • Character & Leadership
  • Demonstrates leadership on and off the field
  • Coach and/or mentor recommendation (optional)


Award

  • ECRFC will set the number of awards to be given and the incremental value. The amount of the award could be increased based upon accomplishment & overall competitiveness amongst the pool of candidates. Criteria includes: 
  • Outstanding all-around candidate with exceptional commitment, strong leadership, strong academic record & good current standing with active participation in ECRFC, community service and a positive recommendation


Application Materials:

  • Completed application form including personal statement
  • Academic transcript
  • Proof of participation within ECRFC (team letter, roster, or coach note)

* Under special circumstances, the 2 year participation requirement may be waived by the selection panel board with the approval of the ECRFC Voting Board.
