Coaching Philosophy: 

Emphasis on fundamental skills development, where decision making should come from  the players on the field, not the sidelines, to help elevate their confidence. Through a  player-centered approach, players learn through their own experiences to develop the  necessary skills to play and compete as individuals and as teammates, and obtain a  lifelong passion for the game. Soccer is much more than scoring goals, and includes  life-long values like teamwork, discipline, respect, accountability, and falling down and  getting right back up.
