Referee Corner

CNRA has just confirmed the Revolution FC referee course for March 4, 2023. If you want to become a referee this year and want to take the on-field portion of the course close to home, mark you calendars. The field session will be from 8-11a. Please follow the instructions below to sign up for the online portion of the course and complete it prior to the field session! 

If you are interested, follow these steps:

STEP 1: SIGN UP IN THE LEARNING CENTER
 
  1. Navigate to https://learning.ussoccer.com/referee
  2. Select 'Sign Up' in the upper right corner
  3. Enter your information (Must have referee's email address as primary, parent's email is secondary)

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE COURSE
 
  1. Select 'Courses' on the top navigation bar: The system will automatically load the Available Courses menu upon arrival.
  2. In the menu on the left side of the screen, select Grassroots First-Time Referees
  3. Click 'Go to Course List'
  4. Select a course with a field session that is in your area or a field session that you can attend and register for the course. Click here to VIEW COURSE LIST (https://learning.ussoccer.com/referee/courses/available/6/list?current_page=1&per_page=20&id_association=6&statuses=scheduled,application,registration,waitlist,closed,invitation).
  5. The course you are looking for an address of 1050 Neroly Road, Oakley, CA.
  6. Complete the assignments BEFORE attending the field session. If assignments are not complete you may be transferred to a later course. It can take up to 8 hours to complete all the online stuff prior to attending the field session. Don't wait until the last minute.
  7. Attend the field session.
  8. Your badge will be mailed to you upon completion of the field session.
  9. Should you need any assistance with registration, email the CNRA Registrar (registration@cnra.net).

NEW REFEREE REGISTRATION PROCESS

In order to referee for East County Revolution Football Club you must be a registered U.S. Soccer referee. To get started, go to http://cnra.net/register/new-referee
The cost is $75 for youth, $105 for adults 18+ years of age.

REFEREE LICENSE RENEWAL PROCESS

If your U.S. Soccer Federation referee badge does not have the current year on it, you will need to renew your license in order to referee for Revolution FC. The CNRA website has all the information you need.

Grade 7 & 8 referees are now known as "Grassroots Referees".

REQUEST REFSCHEDULER ACCOUNT

Referee game assignments are managed via the Refscheduler (www.refscheduler.net). Officials or those looking to become officials and are interested to receive communications about our referee news and updates, you are encouraged to register onto www.refscheduler.net.

To register:

  • Go to browser and type in www.refscheduler.net
  • Click on USSF button - Click Continue
  • Select State: will default to CA-N - Click Continue
  • Select District: Click drop down arrow, click "4" - Click Continue
  • Select your Club/League: Click Login with Select your Club/League: Click drop down arrow, click ECR - East County Revolution, and then click Login
  • Click on New Referee Sign-Up, then Click Submit New Referee Request
    • Please fill out the required fields that are identified with a * .
    • Note: ZIP Code is also a required field.
    • For youth, we strongly recommend you include your parent/guardian's email 
  • Revolution FC Referee administrators will receive your request and approve accordingly

DIRECT DEPOSIT

To set up Direct Deposit, fill out the Direct Deposit form on the left and return it to Revolution FC. You have 3 choices:

Email the completed form to admin@revolutionfc.org (this is the least secure option ... do this at your own risk).

Mail the completed form to the East County Revolution FC office: East County Revolution Football Club, 415 Beatrice Court Suite D, Brentwood CA 94513

Drop the completed form off at the Revolution FC office (you must schedule an appointment).
