The league is recreational, first and foremost. Players' skills range from: 'have never played before' to 'have been playing since very young'. The majority of players are here for their enjoyment in another social environment, to improve their skills, or to simply enjoy another form of activity.
The teams are co-ed. Women must be 24 years old, and men 27 years old, minimum.
Teams are always looking for teammates/players, even mid-season. Give it a try, see how you like it. Chances are you know someone or have friends on one of our teams.
Once you are registered and on a team, you can play in games with other teams when they need extra players!
We have great, professional, certified Referees and linesmen who officiate for us and know many of us personally. We have a few additional rules (in addition to the standard soccer laws) to help prevent injuries (becoming too physical) and to ensure inclusion for everyone. The bottom line is: we want and try to make it enjoyable for everyone, for recreation. Hope to see you on the fields!
